Namaste and welcome to breathing
exercises with Polly and the other side by the end of this video you will feel
more calm more relaxed and more grounded we have helped hundreds of people to

breathing technique we're gonna do five rounds of five inhales and five exhales
to count to five if you're excited to dive in be sure and hit the like button

updates whenever I post a new video come come to a comfortable sitting position or lie
down gently closing your eyes and we'll start our first round making sure your
chin is slightly tucked towards your chest that your spine is straight lifting up from your pelvic floor and
activating right here in your lower abdomen let's begin inhaling for a count
of five at your own pace when you get to the top of your inhale
pause and then exhale for a count of five and when you get to the bottom of your
exhale pause again inhale for a count of five pause at
top and exhale for a count of five and pause at the bottom inhale for a count of five all the way
up through to the top of your head and pause and exhale all the way down
the length of your spine to a count of five and pause breathe all the way through to
the crown of your head for a count of five and five and exhale all the way down
your spine for five and last round inhale for a count of
five pause when you get all the way to the top of your head and exhale for a
count of five when you reach the bottom of your spine turning your awareness and attention to
your normal breath on your inhale tense every muscle in
your entire body and hold on your exhale let it all go thank you
