Ascension Symptoms – (3 Reasons You Get INSOMNIA)

Hey everybody, my name is Victor and I’ve been going through this spiritual awakening process consciously for the past eight years, and I created a YouTube channel to help other people navigate their awakening process, their own ascension in this modern world.

Today’s video we’re gonna talk about three different reasons why you guys get insomnia is a pretty across-the-board common spiritual awakening symptom. I have not yet talked to a single soul who has not experienced it themselves. Number one is so. The whole idea of our awakening is we’re consistently, allowing more and more of our spiritual, divine energy to flow through our physical body.

That is not really used to it and oftentimes. What happens is as this energy increases. We must let something go, some sort of denser energy or belief or something we’re harboring within our consciousness.

We have to let it go to make a room for, and our Eagle Minds oftentimes hold on to these very things that were kind of urged to let go of because it oftentimes it makes no sense, or it’s scary, to let go of your job or a Relationship or whatever, in particular, thing you’re being guided to let go of so this energy kind of builds up a pressure, uh neva tably. We always end up letting it go because symptoms begin to arise as we hold on and eventually, when we do, let go of this.

There’s like a like. A rush of energy and our body gets like a big massive like spike of the spiritual energy, and it can just wire us. It can burn us out. It just causes a lot of a cerebral activity. It usually feels very good.

We feel very open and clear and awesome after we’ve. Let go of something big, so we kind of run around is you know, taking massive action in whatever direction that were guided to do number two: is this awakening process often times causes a wide range of fluctuating symptoms?

Sometimes we have a lot of heavy emotions and intense emotions. Sometimes a lot of chaos is kind of going on in our life many times we have an increased rate of mental activity where you just can’t turn your mind off no amount of meditation or grounding or whatever practice you do. That helps sometimes that she just does not work, and your mind is just going crazy because it’s like our ego, mind, is deal doing its best to deal with these rapid changes going on in our body and in our life.

 

So, it just it’s just like it like anyone who can’t sleep when their thoughts are going back into sometimes keep us awake at night number three, because we’re coming more spiritually sensitive. We are starting to be able to perceive and experience energies and our spirit guides whether you know it’s them are not different lights, be other beings, just other presences, other energies in our moment, we’re able to perceive it, and we’re the most spiritually sensitive.

You could say it like during the middle of night, because you’re totally relaxed everything is just letting go and chilled and oftentimes as you let go you can these other things going on around you that you now or be so sensitive to, and especially something to do because you’re sleeping it can wake you up like all of these different awakening symptoms, they’ll pass they come and go.

You might have it a lot really intensely for like six months straight, where you’re just not sleeping good at all, and then you might go a year well you’re like sleeping like a baby, and you think it’s over, and you think you got the whole insomnia thing. Licked and then BOOM you’re, not sleeping again it kind of just is all over the place.

I remember I got to a point where Is my insomnia was. It was really bad for a while, and then it calmed down for quite a while, and then there was like a three-month period where I would just not sleep. It was very common for me to not sleep at all, not a single wink through the night. Just wide awake I’d eventually just get up at like 4:00 in the morning, because I found myself just like I just realized. I was wasting time trying to sleep.

It just wasn’t gonna happen, so I’d get up, and I try to do stuff, and you know eventually your body will crash, and you know you’ll kind of catch up on your sleep as best as one can, but don’t worry about it, but just a passing Symptom, it’s really nothing to worry about. It’s just. It comes with the territory.

Insomnia Causes, Chronic Insomnia

Most people at some time experience sleep deprived nights or insomnia. People tend to have a big range in the quantity of sleep they need, that is why insomnia is not specified by the amount of sleep an individual gets. A lot of individuals understand when they are suffering from insomnia based on how they feel the next day.

Transient Insomnia – Insomnia that last a week or less.

Persistent Insomnia – Insomnia that last more then 3 weeks.

Some Basic stats about Insomnia.
Any age groups are effected by insomnia. Insomnia tends to effect more women then males in adults. As people age insomnia tends to increase. Insomnia is most typical in lower income levels, individuals with psychological illness and alcoholics. Tension is considered the significant cause or trigger for insomnia. It is essential to do something about short and short-term term insomnia so it does not develop into persistent insomnia.

Insomnia can be caused by a wide range of things. Generally they can be categorized into the groups psychiatric, medical or situational factors. A few of the typical causes of short term and short-term insomnia include – work schedule changes, irritating noise, jet lag, stress, sleeping room temperature, medical issues, drug withdraws, altitude.

Persistent insomnia is generally connected to a medical condition or psychiatric condition. Some psychiatric things that trigger insomnia are tension, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Doctors use the symptom of insomnia in diagnoses of mental disorder and anxiety. If you suffer from insomnia that you suffer from depression or a psychological health problem, this does not imply that.

There are also a number of physical conditions that can trigger insomnia. These include – condition in the body clock, persistent discomfort, chronic fatigue, heart disease, angina, heartburn, asthma, sleep apnea, parkinson’s or alzheimer’s illness and brain trauma. People who fall into the following categories are considered high danger for insomnia – tourists, people who change shifts typically, senior adults, pregnant ladies, women and students experiencing menopause. There are also a number of different kinds of medication related to insomnia, these include – cold and asthma medication, high blood pressure medication together with medication used to treat anxiety and anxiety. Some other causes of insomnia can include caffeine, nicotine, alcohol (will cause poor quality of sleep) and a bed partner who is disruptive.

Some common signs of insomnia consist of – not having the ability to drop off to sleep or remain asleep, problems concentrating when awake, problem keeping in mind things, poor coordination, bad moods, trouble remaining awake while driving. Energy drinks and stimulants when people have these symptoms they sometimes make their insomnia worse by treating them with excessive amounts of caffeine.
